Every new client for lines and wrinkles is assessed face-to-face by our independent prescriber before any treatment is planned. It takes fifteen minutes and it isn't optional. It's how it should be done.
You'll be back in two weeks so we can look at the result together, adjust if needed, and photograph it properly. That review is included in the price, not added on.
We would rather do four things carefully than twenty things adequately. Every treatment includes a consultation, aftercare and your two-week review.

For lines and wrinkles, our independent prescriber assesses you face-to-face, reviews your medical history and agrees a plan. Nothing is prescribed remotely.
New clients are never treated on the day of their first consultation. Go home, think about it, and book when you're sure. The treatment itself takes under an hour.

Jarral Aesthetics is a one-practitioner studio inside a salon in Surrey. That's deliberate. You see the same person every visit, she remembers your face and what you said last time, and she has no targets to hit.
Behind her is a named independent prescriber who assesses every new client for lines and wrinkles in person and is on call for every treatment, UK-licensed products from established manufacturers, a written consultation and aftercare process, and full treatment liability insurance.

Founding-client prices are held for twelve months for our first forty clients. There is no time limit on deciding and no deposit to book a consultation. If we don't think a treatment is right for you, we will say so and you won't be charged.
We are new, and we would rather show you real reviews than invented ones. Our first client reviews will appear here after launch. Every one will be from a client we treated.

The two-week check is the bit that made me trust them. They photographed it, tweaked one side very slightly, and didn't charge.
Not if we do our job. We start with less than you think you need, and we build at your two-week review if you want more. Most clients tell us nobody noticed anything except that they looked well.
Lip filler uses a product that contains a local anaesthetic, and we numb the area first. Most people describe it as pressure and a few sharp moments rather than pain. Skin boosters are quick and easily tolerated.
Some treatments involve prescription-only medicines, which in the UK must be prescribed by a doctor, dentist, nurse prescriber or pharmacist prescriber after seeing you in person. Our independent prescriber assesses every new client face-to-face. Anyone who offers to do this over a video call or without seeing you is not following the rules.
Then don't book a treatment. Book the free consultation, ask everything, and go home. We never treat new clients on the day of their first consultation, and we never run countdown offers. The decision should be yours, made in your own time.
Lip filler typically lasts six to twelve months depending on the product and your metabolism. Skin boosters build over a few weeks and are usually maintained every six months. We'll give you an honest expectation at consultation rather than a promise.
